Uniforms: Unworn, unused, and unwashed, with all original tags and packaging intact.
Souvenirs: Unused, unopened, and in its original condition. If a souvenir is damaged or defective upon receipt, it is eligible for return or exchange.
Time Frame: Returns must be initiated within 14 days from the date of delivery.
Non-returnable Items: The following items are non-returnable and non-refundable:
Customized or personalized items (e.g., embroidered uniforms or custom souvenirs).
Items marked as final sale or clearance.

2. How to Return an Item To return an item, please follow these steps:

Contact Us: Email us at aisj-store@ideal-ways.com or use the contact form on our website to initiate a return request. Include your order number and the item(s) you wish to return.

Return Authorization: Once we receive your request, we will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions on how to proceed with the return.

Shipping the Return: Carefully package the item(s) and include the original receipt and any related documentation. You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or damaged.

Tracking: We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for returns, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item without tracking.
